Returns & Exchanges

At DUKE + DEXTER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your handmade footwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 21-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original DUKE + DEXTER box and ensure all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
